The Challenge
Most PDPs rely on flat-lay or generic model shots that don’t reflect a shopper’s body type, size, or skin tone, making it hard to judge drape, fit, and proportion. Producing on-model images for every SKU, size, and colorway via traditional shoots is slow and expensive, so launches go live with incomplete or inconsistent visuals across channels. The result is lower PDP engagement and add-to-cart, higher returns from expectation mismatch, and limited ability to localize visuals for regions and demographics.
